Transition Methodology for Application Support and Maintenance
We operate on a proven methodology for transition of Application Support and Maintenance. A core team executes the program using the Client’s Applications for Service Delivery. We utilize the “train-the-trainer” methodology to optimize costs and develop SMEs for each of the processes involved. A phased adoption strategy is followed to reduce risk and implement the transition as the SMEs reach the appropriate level of understanding and proficiency. This is a process driven organization and will deliver process efficiency throughout the service delivery engagement.

Offshore (Parallel run). - Steady State
Typically, the transition should take 14 – 18 weeks. This time frame may vary based on the overall scope of the engagement. Time taken to achieve Steady State depends on the size of the application and its complexity. A number of activities can be performed simultaneously. Setting up the physical infrastructure and recruiting personnel have the longest lead time, but can be started early in the process.
